This large, well appointed 3-bedroomed villa is set in its own plot overlooking a Conservation Area to the rear. As you may be holidaying with friends the Villa is equipped so that no one is disadvantaged with their respective accommodation. To this end both main bedrooms are furnished to a similar standard.
The entrance foyer leads into the spacious lounge which is furnished in typical Floridian colours. The lounge can comfortably accommodate the whole party and includes a 50-channel, 31" TV/VCR/DVD and radio/cassette/CD player. Leading off the lounge is the kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, built in microwave, conventional oven, waste disposal unit and 4-seater table and chairs. The dining room can seat 8 people and is accessed either via the kitchen or from the entrance foyer. Also off the entrance foyer is the laundry room, equipped with a large washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed (5'), walk-in closet and double windows overlooking the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has a large corner-bath (big enough for two), shower cubicle, double wash basins with vanity mirror over and a separate toilet cubicle.
Bedroom 2 has a built in closet, is equipped with two full size single bunk beds and will sleep up to 4.
Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed, built in closet and the windows overlook the pool.
At the rear is your own private, 30' heated swimming pool fully enclosed within a mesh screen to preclude any unwanted flying pests. The pool deck is specially designed to stay cool to the touch and there is a lanai to provide shade over part of the deck. Sun beds and patio furniture are also provided.
A High Chair and Travel Cot are available for those who may need them.
A Broadband Internet Connection is also included for your Laptop Computer.
